Challenge Creator Agreement

Version 2026-09-13-draft

DRAFT — this text will be replaced by the final agreement prepared by BlindShot's legal counsel. Challenge Creator Agreement 1. You are creating a challenge on BlindShot. You are responsible for its content, its rules and its prize. 2. The prize money you pay when publishing is held by BlindShot through its payment provider and is paid to the winner or winners determined under the challenge rules. The platform fee is not refundable. 3. Challenges must be organic. Views and likes obtained through paid promotion or purchased engagement are not counted, and BlindShot may disqualify participants who use them. 4. You must not publish a challenge that is dangerous, illegal, harmful to health, sexual, discriminatory, harassing, misleading, or aimed at minors. BlindShot screens challenges and may hold, reject or remove them at its discretion. 5. Once published, a challenge cannot be edited. It can be cancelled only while nobody has joined; the prize money is then refunded and the fee is kept. 6. When the challenge ends, BlindShot determines provisional winners from the tracked metrics. You have three days to review whether each winner met the challenge terms and to accept or reject them with a written reason. If you do not respond, BlindShot decides. Disputes are decided by BlindShot and its decision is final. 7. Prize money is paid to winners by BlindShot; you cannot withhold it after a winner is confirmed. 7a. Physical prizes. If your challenge offers a physical prize, you pay a delivery deposit with the prize pool. Once the results are final, the winner sends a shipping address, which is shared with you only so that you can ship the prize. You must ship within the delivery window shown on the challenge and record the carrier and tracking number. The deposit is returned to you when the winner confirms receipt or the receipt window passes without a report. If the winner reports that the prize never arrived, BlindShot decides the case and may award the deposit to the winner instead; that also lowers your reputation. You must use the winner's address only to ship the prize and delete it afterwards. 8. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the right to run this challenge and to use any brand, product or material it refers to. 9. BlindShot is a coordination platform. Content stays on the social media platforms where it is posted, and their terms apply. 10. This agreement is governed by Swiss law.
